Important Information for Medicare-eligible ADOA Members
You need a health plan you can rely on whether you have just become Medicare-eligible, youre on another Medicare Advantage (MA) plan, or youre currently relying on Original Medicare. MedicareComplete® Retiree Plan, a Medicare Advantage plan from SecureHorizons® by UnitedHealthcare, is currently one of the largest Medicare Advantage plans in the United States. We give you a broader range of health care benefits than you get with Original Medicare alone, and we believe that the benefits available through our plan may help many Medicare beneficiaries remain healthy and independent.

Important Information for non-Medicare-eligible ADOA Members
Effective January 1, 2008, the non-Medicare eligible ADOA members are now covered under the UnitedHealthcare EPO plan. Please refer to your myuhc.com Web site for more information.
