Member ID Cards - Address change reminder
Have your employees changed their mailing address and not notified us? Member ID cards may be undeliverable by the postal service if we do not have the member's current address.
To avoid unnecessary calls and delays when requesting replacement member ID cards, effective April 27, 2010 all member ID cards that cannot be delivered to the member's address on file will be forwarded to the employer's group service contact address. If you should receive undeliverable member ID cards, please distribute to the member immediately and advise them to update their address with your office or by calling our customer service team.
