Where do I find my Member ID?
Your Member ID is printed on your medical plan ID card, which was sent to you at the time you joined our plan.
I can’t remember my Password
If you have forgotten your password, you have the ability to reset it online by answering the Security question you choose during registration. Use the "Forgot Password" function and enter your Member ID to be prompted for your Security Question.
Maximum Number of Login Attempts Exceeded
If you try to login multiple times and are not successful, , your account will be disabled for security purposes. To enable your account, you will need to call Customer Service at the phone number printed on your medical plan ID card and request to have your account re-enabled.
Account disabled due to inactivity
If you register online but do not login within 365 days, your account will be disabled due to inactivity. To enable your account, you will need to call Customer Service at the phone number printed on the back of your card.
The Member ID and/or Password appears to be incorrect
The Member ID and/or the Password you entered do not match our records. If you forget your Member ID, it can be found on the medical plan ID card you received in the mail at the time you joined the plan. At the time you registered on our site, you also selected a password to be used in combination with your Member ID. If you have forgotten your password, please use the "Forgot Password" function to reset your password, or contact Customer Service at the phone number on the back of your medical plan ID card.

How do I register?
To register, you must complete the information on the online form. You should have you member ID card available in order to complete the registration process. Once you have registered, you will have confidential and secure access to our site 24x7.
Why do I need to register on the site?
In order for you to access your confidential information and our Member Exclusive products on our site, we need to verify your identity in order to protect your privacy. By registering, we can provide the appropriate information that you are looking for.
Do I have access right away after I register?
Once you have successfully registered, you can immediately start using the site.
Do I need to accept the Individual and Confidentiality form?
Yes, in order to proceed with the registration process, please make sure you have read and selected the "I Accept" under the Individual Access and Confidentiality form.
My Member account already exists.
You may have previously registered with us with the same Member ID and Member ID suffix. If that is the case, you do not need to register again. Double check to be sure the Member ID and Member ID suffix is correct. Proceed with the Login with Member ID, Member ID suffix and Password. (Jeff, how about "enter your Login with Member ID, Member ID suffix and Password and press Enter.) If you still have a problem logging in, please contact Customer Service at the phone number printed on the back of your Member ID card.
Invalid Member Information entered during registration
Please ensure that you have entered the correct information while registering: Member ID, Member ID suffix, State (state where coverage was obtained), Last Name, Date of Birth and Zip Code (your home zip code). If you are still having a problem registering, please contact Customer Service at the phone number printed on the back of your Member ID card.
